Haus der Musik guidebook as a thank you-gift
"Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur" is an exemplary intitative: Free admission to the Arts and Culture for people with a minimal or no income, including tickets for the theatre, concerts, and exhibitions. The initiative "Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur" is supported by the City of Vienna as well as Haus der Musik.
"We positioned a donation box in the foyer. Everyone who contributes to this so important democatric and politico-cultural campaign receives a free Haus der Musik guidebook", says Simon K. Posch, CEO. "Haus der Musik can naturally also be visited with the culture pass - admission is free."
About "Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur"
"Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur", established by Airan Berg (formerly of Schauspielhaus) and Martin Schenk (Armutskonferenz) in order to provide people in financial straits access to the Arts, can now refer to 93 cultural institutions who are a part of this campaign.
There are currently 134 locations in Vienna at which the culture pass can be obtained. It is available from all social and charitable institutions as well as the AMS.
