10 Years Haus der Musik
Haus der Musik opened its doors in June 2000, making it the first Austrian music and sound museum: Unique in Europe, Haus der Musik provides insight into music history, while its multimedia and interactive offerings allow to discover the world of music and sounds in a whole new way. Last but not least Haus der Musik has established itself as an exciting event space.
In the past ten years, the sound museum and its numerous concerts and music events have drawn more than 1,5 million visitors from at home and abroad. This makes us very happy.
From June 1 - 10, 2010 Haus der Musik will duly celebrate its anniversary with a colourful music programme covering everything from classic to singer/ songwriter as well as children's concerts. Come join us as we celebrate!
